SkooledUp Products

  • Pricing, billing cycles, and features are disclosed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Vendors & Marketplace

  • SkooledUp allows independent vendors to sell products and services.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own product content, delivery, and policies.
  • SkooledUp is not a party to vendor-to-customer transactions beyond providing the platform.

4. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Full refunds are available within 3 days of purchase.
  • After 3 days, refunds may be prorated.
  • Vendor products may have separate refund policies—always review individual listings.

5. User Content & AI-Generated Content

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create or upload.
  • By using SkooledUp, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Services.

AI Content

  • AI-generated outputs are provided “as-is.”
  • You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately.
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI outputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content

  • Vendor products and user content remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

  • For violations of these Terms
  • For abusive or fraudulent behavior
  • For non-payment or misuse

You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

SkooledUp is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Specific results from AI tools
  • Earnings, growth, or performance outcomes

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SkooledUp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
